Business planning is a vital step for any new business and the Business Model Canvas is a great place to start. It is a structured, visual tool for expressing your ideas before you move onto a formal business plan. In this workshop we will go through the Business Model Canvas so you will feel confident taking the first steps to making your business idea a reality.

Market research is one of the most important tools you can use to ensure the success of your business whether you’re just starting out or already established. Through the Business & IP Centre Leeds you have free access to exclusive resources that will help you to research different aspects of your market – a market size, sector trends, customer attitudes and your competitors.
