Wharfe House Bed and Breakfast
Wharfe House is a Grade ll listed building dating from the early 1800’s. Recently completely refurbished as an elegant bed and breakfast, it retains many of its original features including fireplaces, beams and Yorkshire box sash windows. Low ceilings, rugs and wooden floors add to the period feel.
Rooms are furnished in a comfortable, traditional style, with antique furniture and prints of Yorkshire. The 3 rooms have been individually furnished but all have ensuite bathrooms, flat screen televisions, fluffy towels and crisp linen, offering a relaxed stay; followed by a hearty Aga cooked full English breakfast in the morning.
Our b&b accommodation is situated in the centre of Wetherby, with its abundance of independent shops, coffee houses, pubs and restaurants as well as a small, one screen independent cinema. Wharfe House is a 20 minute walk from Wetherby Racecourse, which has meetings throughout the year. Off-street parking is available.
A perfect place to stay for cycling or walking breaks, weekends away or for business travellers, being within easy reach of Leeds, York and Harrogate and only 20 minutes from Leeds Bradford airport.
