Cellar Scares
Dare to venture beneath Temple Newsam as the house reveals its darkest secrets this Halloween.
Cellar Scares is an immersive, actor‑led experience where costumed characters spin chilling tales before leading the group down into the shadowy cellars – lit only by torches and unsettling glimmers of light.
As the story unfolds, you’ll follow a long, eerie corridor lined with set‑dressed rooms, gruesome discoveries and strange figures lurking in the gloom.
Expect screams, surprises, and moments that will stay with you long after you’ve escaped back into the daylight.
Be sure to book your cellar scare in advance to avoid disappointment.
Purchase your general admission tickets and there will be the option to add Cellar Scares on for just £5 extra per person.
