AUTHOR EVENT – An Evening with Venetia Constantine & A.S. Webb
We’re delighted to have Venetia Constantine joining us on Thursday the 5th of March to celebrate the release of The Last Starborn Seer! This event will be chaired by A.S. Webb, author of the Dark Pantheon trilogy.
The Last Starborn Seer:
A thrilling, epic debut from an exciting new voice in fantasy romance, The Last Starborn Steer follows a fearless heroine blamed for a curse that has sparked a war, as she battles unspeakable obstacles in trying to reclaim her destiny.
Venetia Constantine read English at King’s College, Cambridge and holds a PhD in Art History from the Courtauld Institute. She paused a cherished career in the art world to pursue her dreams of becoming an author, swapping galleries for an enchanted windmill, where she now writes full-time. Venetia lives in London with her family.
Daughter of Fate:
Searching for her sister’s soul, Danae journeys to the Underworld. In the dark caverns below the earth, she must brave her worst fears and face Hades, the terrifying God of the Dead. Hermes, Messenger of the Gods, is sent on a secret mission by his father, Zeus. Seizing the chance to finally win his family’s respect and the heart of the woman he loves, Hermes must risk everything to succeed. Meanwhile, on Mount Olympus, Hera, the Queen of Heaven, watches from the shadows, her once bright faith in her husband extinguished. And decides to take matters into her own hands…
A.S. Webb is the Sunday Times bestselling author of Daughter of Chaos, the first instalment of The Dark Pantheon Trilogy. She is inspired by stories rooted in history and mythology, that push the boundaries of imagination and urge us to reflect on what it means to be human.
This event will be a 45 minute in-conversation followed by a 15 minute audience Q&A and then a signing.
