Leaflet making workshop with Emily Fielding
Join us for a drop-in workshop with artist Emily Fielding, as part of the exhibition Words Worth Watching: The Writers’ Room at the University of Leeds.
During the workshop, participants will make their own leaflets based on sites they have visited, using methods including collage and erasure poetry.
We will explore the many ways that visitor leaflets guide us around spaces, and how these routes can be re-interpreted. The workshop stems from Emily’s ongoing research and her piece in the Words Worth Watching exhibition.
Material will be provided. Feel free to bring along some leaflets from a site you have visited to work with.
The workshop is free and all are welcome. There is no need to book – please just turn up!
