Summer Solstice Sound Bath

21st June 2026

Join us for 75 minutes of immersive sound, deep rest, and homemade herbal tea.

Using Himalayan singing bowls, gong, ocean drum, crystal pyramid, ambient tones, and voice, we create a rich, soothing soundscape to help you slow down, soften, and fully let go.

The vibrations gently settle the nervous system, inviting deeper relaxation, inner clarity, and calm.

Afterwards, we’ll serve herbal tea to help you ground and gently integrate the experience.

Many people report a lasting sense of calm afterwards.
“I left feeling incredibly relaxed and at peace.”

“A caring, compassionate and professional session… I felt very safe.”

Solstice marks the longest day of the year and a sound bath is a beautiful way to mark this occasion.

About the practice
Sound meditation is an ancient practice rooted in many traditions and supported by modern science. Vibrations and frequencies guide the mind into deeper brain states, helping to relax your body, calm your nervous system, and bring clarity to the mind.
