Dance On Sumangal
Dance On is a fantastic opportunity for over 55s to try something new, get active and meet new people.
Dance On Sumangal is a weekly hour long dance session taking place at Mantaugu Burton Resource Centre.
This session can be accessed through Health for All is a gentle/moderate class and is led by Sophie Simpson.
Whether you’ve always danced, or you’re wanting to try something new, everyone is welcome. This session is free.
