Personalise Your Clothes using Embroidery with Jane
Textile artist Jane will demonstrate the many ways simple stitches can be combined to make a garment unique. Using your own cotton or denim shirt you will be guided through hand embroidery techniques and stitches in different coloured threads to decorate a collar, cuff or pocket.
Whether you are a beginner or want to refresh your skills you will get hands on experience and advice. All the stitches you learn can be applied to any fabric, garment or accessory so you can carry on stitching after the workshop.
Jane is passionate about embroidery and uses it on anything she can get a needle through! Join her in letting your creativity loose!
